What you need to know
Conditional and unconditional offers
If your offer is conditional, you’ll need to meet specific requirements such as academic results or English language scores before your place is confirmed. Once all conditions are met, your offer will become unconditional, allowing you to proceed with your visa application and accommodation booking.
Accepting your place
To accept your offer, log in to the Ludlow applicant portal and follow the on-screen steps. You’ll receive confirmation once your acceptance is processed. If you’re applying through UCAS, you’ll need to reply to your offer within the UCAS deadlines.
Submitting documents
Make sure to upload all requested documents as soon as possible - including final transcripts, passport details, and English language certificates. Our admissions team will review them and confirm when your conditions have been met.
Confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS)
After accepting your offer and meeting all conditions, you’ll receive a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). This is a vital document required for your Student Route visa application. The CAS includes details about your course, tuition fees, and sponsor licence. It’s usually issued several months before your start date.
Preparing for arrival
Once your offer is confirmed, you can begin arranging accommodation, travel, and visa documents. Our international student support team will send pre-arrival information and invitations to online events to help you get ready for life at Ludlow.
